Register now for spring classes South Suburban College

SOUTH HOLLAND, IL – In-person Registration for spring classes at South Suburban College is in progress at the Main Campus in South Holland and University & College Center in Oak Forest. In-person Registration is currently open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The college will be closed during the holidays from December 24th through January 3rd. Registration Services will resume on Monday, January 4th from 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Spring classes begin Monday, January 11, 2010. Students with a PIN may register online at www.ssc.edu . Students can acquire a PIN from the Student Help Center on the 2nd Floor of the Main Campus.

SSC's In-district tuition rate is $90 per credit hour, a fraction of the cost of four-year institutions. The college offers a variety of payment options, scholarships, and tuition waivers including a 25 and Over Tuition Waiver and a High School Tuition Waiver (visit www.ssc.edu for a complete listing of waivers).

SSC is also offering a tuition-free REBOUND program to individuals who have become unemployed since January 1, 2008 for reasons other than job performance. REBOUND courses are offered in 18 academic areas ranging from healthcare to technology, within class sections that have the capacity for growth on a first come, first served basis.
