Business & Career Institute to offer "Keys to Effective Performance Discussions" at South Suburban College

SOUTH HOLLAND, IL – The Business & Career Institute of South Suburban College will host a course in their Breakfast with BCI Workshop Series titled "Keys to Effective Performance Discussions" on Wednesday, November 4th at the college's main campus in South Holland. Check-in will begin at 8:15 a.m. with the workshop to follow from 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
This training provides a model for handling conversations about work performance in a way that reduces ambiguity, increases trust and strengthens the working relationship between the supervisor and the employee. If you want to engage in performance-related discussions that increase productivity and collaboration, then you cannot afford to miss this training.
The cost of "Keys to Effective Performance Discussions" is $15 per person, or $10 per person if three or more individuals from the same company attend.
