Norm Swenson Scholarship

Overview

Each year the Cook County College Teachers Union (CCCTU) awards Norm Swenson Scholarships Awards for $1000.00. A student from each member College is eligible to receive the award. The awards are open to all full time students.

Eligibility

The following is required:

• Enrolled in a minimum of 12 hours this semester
• A minimum of 24 hours earned with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
• A letter of recommendation from a College Instructor
• Letters from school and community officials verifying participation in community and College activities.
• Union Affiliation of Student, Spouse or Parent
