Next Career Scholarship

Overview

The Next Career Scholarship is a $750 award for a student who has completed a Bachelors Degree and is returning to South Suburban College to pursue a second degree. The $750 scholarship is awarded to a returning adult student enrolled in a specific career program of study leading to employment.

Eligibility

• Must be enrolled in at least six credit hours for the current Spring semester.
• Must have completed at least 9 credit hours with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0.
• Must provide evidence of having received Bachelors Degree.
• Must have a declared major and/or be enrolled in a specific program leading to a certificate or degree.
• South Suburban College Staff, Foundation Directors, Board of Trustees members and their dependents are not eligible.
