Riverdale Chamber of Commerce Scholarship

Overview

The Riverdale Chamber of Commerce Scholarship will be awarded in the spring semester for use in the following Summer, Fall, or Spring semesters. The $750 award covers educational costs, such as tuition and fees at South Suburban College. The award recognizes outstanding academic performance by a student attending South Suburban College.

Eligibility

• Must have cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or above.
• Must have completed a minimum of nine credit hours.
• Must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours for the current Spring semester.
• Must have a declared major and/or enrolled in a specific program leading to a certificate or degree.
• Must enroll for a minimum of nine credit hours in the Fall semester.
• Preference given to applicants who are not receiving other financial aid or employment subsidy.
• Must be a Riverdale resident.
