Land OFrost Scholarships

Overview

The Land OFrost Scholarships will be awarded to two students each Spring for use in the following Fall, Summer or Spring semesters. The $1,000 awards cover educational costs, such as tuition, fees and books at South Suburban College. Preference is given to students who are Land OFrost employees, or family members of Land OFrost employees. The award recognizes talented students attending or entering the South Suburban College finance, business, or related programs.

Eligibility

• Must submit an application form and a letter of recommendation from a South Suburban College or high school faculty member.
• Must enroll for a minimum of six credit hours during one of the semesters of the scholarship year.
• South Suburban College Staff, Foundation Directors, Board of Trustees members and their dependents are not eligible.
• Preference given to students who are not receiving other financial aid or employer subsidy.
