SSC Foundation Australia Scholarship

Overview

The SSC Foundation Australia Scholarship is designed to assist in funding in the Illinois Consortium for International Studies and Programs (ICISP) sponsored student abroad program in Australia. This scholarship covers all program fees, tuition, airfare and housing costs. This scholarship will be awarded in the Spring for use in the following Summer. Scholarship recipients are selected by a committee consisting of representatives from International Studies and the College Foundation.

Eligibility

• Must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0.
• Must have completed a minimum of 15 College-level credit hours by the end of the semester of application.
• Must be enrolled for a minimum of six credit hours during semester prior to departure.
• Must be a resident of School District 510.
• Must complete all appropriate application materials, including three letters of recommendation, a personal essay, and a personal interview.
