General Registration Information

All students who plan to register must complete the application process. If you have not, applications may be downloaded and faxed to 708-225-5806. If you have any questions concerning your admissions status, please contact the Admissions area at 708-596-2000, extensions 2330 or 2490.

Any student without a user name and password for the My SSC portal should contact the Office of Admissions (main campus).

Attendance in any class and receipt of a grade is subject to official enrollment in and payment of the full tuition for the class.

• Monday, March 19, 2012: Summer 2012 Credit Class General Registration Begins*

• Monday, Aprill 9, 2012: Fall 2012 Online Search for Sections Opens @ 8:00 a.m.*

• Monday, April 25, 2012: Fall 2012 Credit Class General Registration Begins @ 8:00 a.m.*

• Friday, May 18, 2012: Summer 2012 Deregistration

• Thursday, July 12, 2012: 1st Fall Deregistration

• Thursday, July 26, 2012: 2nd Fall Deregistration

• Sunday, June 12, 2012: Withdrawal Period Begins - All drops receive a “W” grade for 2012 Summer Session I credit classes*

• Sunday, June 18, 2012: Withdrawal Period Begins - All drops receive a “W” grade for 2012 Summer Session II credit classes*

• Monday, June 11, 2012: Last day of Refund, Schedule Changes for 2012 Summer Session I credit classes (Add/Drop)*

• Monday, June 18, 2012: Last day of Refund, Schedule Change for 2012 Summer Session II credit classes (Add/Drop)

• Tuesday, June 19, 2012: Last day for Financial Aid Awards (for students already approved) to be paid on student account for 2012 Summer Session I and Session II classes

• Thursday, July 16, 2012: Last Day to Withdrawl from 2012 Summer Session I credit classes*

• Thursday, July 23, 2012: Last Day to Withdrawl from 2012 Summer Session II credit classes*

Fall 2012

• Tuesday, August 28, 2012: Withdrawal Period Begins - All drops receive a “W” grade for 8 week & 16 week Classes
• Friday, August 31, 2012: Last day for Financial Aid Awards (for students already approved) to be paid on student account for Fall 8 week, 16 week, late start and 2nd 8 week classes
• Monday, September 3, 2012: Last day of Refund, Schedule Changes (Add/Drop) for Late start Classes*

• Tuesday, September 4, 2012: Withdrawal Period Begins. All drops receive a "W" grade for Late Start Classes

• Monday, October 1, 2012: Last day to withdraw (through portal) from 1st 8-week classes*

• Thursday, October 22, 2012: Last day of Refund, Schedule Changes (Add/Drop) for 2nd 8-week classes*

• Tuesday, October 23, 2012: Withdrawal Period Begins - All drops receive a "W" grade for 2nd 8-week Classes

• Monday, November 26, 2012: Last day to withdraw (through portal) for 2nd 8 week, 16 week and late start college credit classes*
