  • After logging in to Online Student Services, select the semester for which you are enrolling and click the Select button.
  • Read the registration information on the Welcome page.
  • Click the Registration button near the top-left part of the page.
  • Search for a course:
    • If you know the three-letter course code and number, type the three letters into the box under "Department", and type the three numbers under "Course". Click Search.
    • If you only know the three-letter course code, type the three letters into the box under "Department" and Click Search.

  • Once you find the section you want to enroll in, click the ADD button to the left of the course.

Tips to help you successfully complete Online Registration:
  • All students wanting to register online need to have completed the application process.
  • Read through the list of BLOCKS and assure that you do not have any (see What is a BLOCK page).
  • Register for any developmental courses first (Reading 080, 081 and 082, English 097, 098, 099 and Math 091, 093, 095, 096, 100.)
  • If OCS 121 is required, register for it first.
  • Students cannot register online for two classes offered at the same time even if they do not overlap (i.e. one first-eight weeks, one 2nd eight-weeks.)
  • The Online Registration system is not operational 11:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m. daily.
  • If you do not live in-district, but are using a charge-back agreement, cooperative agreement, work-in-district waiver, etc., you may register online, but must come to the registration counter on campus to adjust your tuition rate.
  • Make arrangements for payment by the given deadline, or your classes will be purged (automatically canceled by the computer system) for lack of payment. When this happens, students will need to create a new schedule and choose their classes all over again, and risk not being able to have the class schedule they had originally chosen.
When I print the page, the right edge gets cut off

You may do one of two things to print the information completely:

  • Using the Page Layout function of your browser, change the page orientation from Portrait to Landscape.
  • OR you may highlight (click and drag your mouse) the text you want to print, and in the print menu under Page Range choose Selection. It will then only print the highlighted text.
