Faculty Web Access

Introduction

The Faculty Web Access system will be used for the entry of all attendance and grade records online using the Internet. All instructors must have a current email address on file to receive grade records.

Instructors will receive an email when their attendance and/or grade records are available to be processed; including the submission due date of each course. At that time, they should log on to the Faculty Web Access system using their Faculty ID (SSN) and PIN and record their grades.

A high speed internet connection is required. The minimum recommendation for video viewing is Windows Media Player 9 and Microsoft Windows 98 SE.

Grade Posting

All grades are posted at 9:45 p.m. Monday through Friday. If you enter your grades after 9:30 p.m., they will show up as open until the posting of grades the following evening. As of June 2, 2008, UNISYS is down for system maintenance on every evening from 11:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
